We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our business.
Full Refund
48+ Hours Before
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in time will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.
50% Refund
24 to 48 Hours
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to check-in time will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund
Under 24 Hours
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or no-shows will not be eligible for any refund.
Important Details
- Standard Check-in Time: The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM. The cancellation window is calculated based on this time.
- Refund Processing: Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Modifications: Requests to modify booking dates are subject to availability. If a modification request is made within 48 hours of check-in and cannot be accommodated, standard cancellation rules apply.
- Early Departures: In case of an early departure (checking out before the scheduled date), no refund will be provided for the remaining days.
