Welcome to Shri Shyam Residency. By accessing our website and booking a stay with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Full payment must be cleared at or before check-in. We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers.

2. Check-in and Check-out Policies

Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Valid Government-issued ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as valid address proof.

3. House Rules

Guests are expected to maintain decorum and not disturb other guests.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bedrooms. Designated smoking areas are available outside.
Pets are not allowed on the property unless explicitly approved by management prior to booking.
Any damage to the property, furniture, or equipment caused by the guest will be billed to the guest at the time of check-out.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for detailed information regarding booking cancellations and modifications.

5. Limitation of Liability

Shri Shyam Residency will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay. Guests are advised to keep their valuables secure. We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or accidents due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, road closures).

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand.
